If you've changed your mind about going or something unexpected has come up:
It's not possible to request a refund if you are no longer able to attend unless your event has been cancelled, postponed or significantly changed.
Please note that this is mentioned in the Refund Policy in the Terms and Conditions (please see here).
However, you might be able to claim a refund via TicketPlan if you added Ticket Protection to your booking (check out this article to find out more).
If an event has been cancelled:
We're sorry to hear that your event has been cancelled! You will automatically be refunded if your event has been cancelled by the organiser - there is no need to request a refund.
Please note that you would have been sent an event cancellation notice email, which also includes this information.
If an event has been postponed or significantly changed:
You will be sent an email about your ticket options and a link to a specific Refund Request Form for the following scenarios:

the event you have booked has been postponed but the new date is yet to be confirmed and it's not feasible for you to wait for the new date to be confirmed.

the event you have booked has been postponed with its new date confirmed and you can no longer attend.

If the event has had a significant change made to it and you can no longer attend.
Please note that you must request your refund via the form before the stated deadline in your email.
Please do not use the Refund Request Form below as this is to be used for other specific reasons.
If you made an error with your booking:
If you were refused entry or not satisfied with your experience at the event:
Please complete the Refund Request Form before 5:00pm, the next working day of the event.
We're always disappointed to hear of situations like this. However, we only sell tickets on behalf of organisers so we aren't involved in the direct management and execution of the event itself.
This means we need to review any concerns and feedback areas brought to our attention and share them directly with the event organiser to allow them to respond to address them.
Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure that you comply with all restrictions and terms and conditions as outlined by the event organiser and venue.
For other reasons:
Please complete the Refund Request Form before 5:00pm, the next working day of the event.
