If the booking fee portion of your ticket has been given back to you as account credit, the credit will automatically apply to your future booking(s) within the next 12 months.

For example, the credit will cover the full cost of the booking fee if you have £4.50 credit and want to buy a ticket that has a £4.50 booking fee - you only pay the face value of your ticket and any applicable venue fees.
You will have account credit remaining if you have £4.50 credit and the booking fee is less than £4.50. This will continue to automatically apply to new bookings until it's fully used up. You will pay the difference if the booking fee is more than £4.50.
Please note that credit will only apply to the booking fee portion of any booking.
Once you sign in to your account and make a new booking, the booking fee credit will automatically be applied to your next purchase.

Credits are valid for 12 months from the issue date. As this is non-refundable, it cannot be converted into monetary value and can only be used against a booking through www.shoobs.com.
