Organisers may need to change the details of their events.
You will get sent an email to update you about any changes if this is the case for one of your upcoming events - the email includes a link to a specific Refund Request Form if the event is postponed or significantly changed.
How to complete the Refund Request Form:
Please note that you will need your booking reference to use the Refund Request Form - your reference can be found in your booking confirmation email:
ℹ️ You must copy your booking reference exactly as it's shown as the form is case-sensitive and please make sure there are no spaces at the start or end of it - you will not be able to complete the form without a valid booking reference.
If you have paid for multiple tickets for an event under the same booking:
If you have booked multiple tickets, you can choose to refund all of your tickets or keep some. Select the preferred options when shown.
If you have paid for multiple tickets for an event but under different bookings:

You must complete the refund request form for each booking you have made if it's for the same event (this means you have completed our checkout process/payment for the same event more than once.

You can check if you have different bookings by checking your confirmation emails sent to you by Shoobs - each booking has its own unique reference.
ℹ️ Refunds are only processed for bookings when the refund request form has been completed for it. Let's say you have 2 bookings and only completed the form for 1 of them, you will end up with 1 refunded/cancelled booking - the other will remain non-refunded/valid.
