How can I access my tickets in my Shoobs Account?

Please note that this information does not apply to events at the O2 Arena, Indigo at the O2 or the OVO Wembley Arena.

Also, this information does not apply if it's stated in your booking confirmation email that tickets will be sent closer to the event's start date.

1. Log in to your Shoobs account.
   
   
   
2. Click 'MY EVENTS'.
   
   
   
3. Find your upcoming event then click either 'DOWNLOAD' or 'EMAIL TICKETS'.
