Ok let's sort that out.
If you have an E-ticket you can change the name via 'MY EVENTS' via the website (and not the Shoobs App). To do so:
👉 Please login to your account and go to your PROFILE (located at the top of the page).
👉 Click on the DROPDOWN next to your PROFILE ICON and then click MY EVENTS.
👉 Find the event and then where you see the number of tickets and the arrow, click the DROPDOWN arrow and click EDIT ATTENDEE DETAILS.
🚨 Please be aware you can only amend names one time on E-tickets, and if ticket sales are not closed.
If you have a booking confirmation and your tickets are being posted, you cannot change the name via your account.
