For Events that are taking place at the O2 Arena, Indigo at the O2, or OVO Wembley Arena:
Tickets at these venues are delivered by AXS mobile ID and can only be accessed via the Venue's App. You can't change the name of a ticket but you can use the AXS transfer feature instead (check out this article to see how).
🚨 You must be signed in to an account directly on the Venue's App with the same email address used to make the booking on Shoobs. You will not see your tickets if you have signed up or signed in to an account with a different email address.
For Events where it states that e-tickets will be sent to you within 2 weeks before the start date:
Tickets will still be sent to the email address used to make the booking - please note that this can't be changed in your Shoobs account.
If you have booked for yourself and others and you are still attending the event - it's fine if another name is on the e-ticket but just make sure you arrive at the venue as a group if possible.
If you are giving your ticket to someone else or your group can attend together, please forward your e-ticket as every person must have a valid ticket to present.
🚨 Please note that any "name on the ticket must match the name on the ID" or similar door policies described on the event page by the organiser or venue then it must be respected as an event entry term.
For all other events:
It's still possible to change the name as well as the email address for e-tickets directly in your Shoobs account if you have activated it. However, ticket sales for the event must still be open to do this.
🚨 Please note that you can only do this once for each booking so please make sure to have the correct and finalised details continuing. Please follow the steps below:
- Log in to your Shoobs account with the incorrect email address you used to create the account.
- Click 'Profile'.
- Click 'My Events'.
- Find the event in the 'My Tickets' section then click 'EDIT ATTENDEE DETAILS'.
