For Events that are taking place at the O2 Arena, Indigo at the O2, or OVO Wembley Arena:
You must be signed in to an account directly on the Venue's App with the same email address used to make the booking on Shoobs. You will not see your tickets if you have signed up to or signed in to an account with a different email address.
🚨 Please note that changing your email address on your Shoobs account does not automatically change the email address needed for the account to sign in with on the Venue's App to access your tickets - use the form above as soon as possible.
Please complete this form if you need help changing the email address for your booking if your event is taking place at one of these venues.
For Events where it states that e-tickets will be sent to you within a certain timeframe before the start date:
Tickets will still be sent to the email address used to make the booking - please note that this can't be changed in your Shoobs account.
If you have access to the email address you used but want your tickets to be sent to a different email address, upon receipt of your e-ticket you can forward this on.
If your email address is incorrect (i.e. a typo) and you cannot access your e-tickets at all/without it being updated, please complete this form as soon as possible.
For all other events:
It's still possible to access your tickets directly from your Shoobs account if you have activated it - even if you used the incorrect email address. Please follow the steps below:
- Log in to your Shoobs account with the incorrect email address you used to create the account.
- Click 'Profile'.
- Click 'Edit Profile'.
- Click 'CHANGE EMAIL' then click 'SAVE'.
- You will then receive an email with an activation link (click 'Activate my account' on the email).
- After your account has been successfully activated, click 'My Events'.
- Find your event in the 'MY TICKETS' section - click either 'Download' or 'Email Tickets'
Your e-tickets will be downloaded directly onto your device or the booking confirmation email with the e-tickets attached will be resent to the correct email address depending on which option you use.
