How do I cancel my event?

Please follow the steps below to cancel your event:

1. Log into your organiser account and go to your Dashboard.
2. Click 'MY EVENTS'.
3. Click 'MORE'.
4. Click 'CANCEL EVENT.
5. Click 'CANCEL EVENT' again on the pop-up (this is an irreversible action!)

Please note that customers will be sent an event cancellation notification email, which is triggered automatically when an event has been cancelled. Information about refunds is also included in this email.
