- Click the 'TICKETS' section on the create/edit event page.
- Click the edit icon on the ticket type that you want to change the price for.
- Put the number of tickets sold for this ticket type in 'Available Ticket Type Quantity' (this will make 0 tickets available for this ticket type and mark it as sold out on the event page).
ℹ️ Optional: tick the checkbox for the 'Hide this ticket type?' field if you don't want the ticket type to show as sold out to customers. - Click 'Save'.
- Click '+Add another ticket type'.
- Put the same details/selections for the ticket type you have just hidden except for the price and quantity (see steps below for these fields).
- Put the new price of the ticket in the 'Ticket Type Price' field.
- Put the remaining available tickets in the 'Available Ticket Type Quantity' field.
🚨 Make sure you only put the quantity which was how many tickets were available at the previous price so you don't go over overcapacity (for example, if 70 out of the 100 tickets were sold at the previous price, you will put 30 as the quantity for the new price to remain at 100). - Click 'SAVE'.
