If you previously had a postponed event (please check out this article to see how) but now have a new date you can reschedule the event, please don't create new events please reschedule the postponed event, with the new details
- Login to your organiser account.
- Go to your Dashboard.
- Click 'MY EVENTS'.
- Under the "POSTPONED" section, click on the event you wish to update.
- Click 'RESCHEDULE EVENT' underneath the heading or click 'MORE' and click 'RESCHEDULE EVENT'.
- Change the event date, start & end time and click the Reschedule Event button.
- The page will refresh and if you need to amend further details, please click 'EDIT' underneath the event title.
All customers will be notified of the new date and their original tickets will still be valid. If the customer is unable to accept the rescheduled event, then their booking will be cancelled and they will be refunded accordingly.
