Deleting an account
We hate goodbyes 😩 so it's always sad to find out you want to close your Shoobs account.
To process this, please get in touch with us here.
We'll be in touch with you within 1-3 working days to confirm that your account is no longer active.
When your account is closed, you'll no longer be able to access* your Shoobs account and purchase information.
*Past purchase data will need to be retained for data monitoring purposes.
