So here's what you need to do:
👉 Check your junk/spam folder for an email from @shoobs.com
👉 Check all your email folders for an email from @shoobs.com, as your email provider may have automatically sorted your email into a relevant folder
👉 Check that notifications@shoobs.com / info@shoobs.com / @shoobs.com emails has not been added to your blacklist/blocked/spam list.
