Each event you create will have its dashboard ('Event Dashboard'). These dashboards are similar to your main dashboard (check out this article for more information). However, the snapshot of tickets sold and sales shown are only specific to the event the dashboard is for - it's a great way to see how well each of your events is performing if you have multiple.
The main options are the same options shown on the drop-down menu from the 'Overview' dashboard.
- View Public Page: directs you to the main event page (how the customer sees it)
- Close Sales: any remaining ticket type on sale will have its Off-sale date automatically set to the current time and date so customers will no longer be able to buy tickets (this will be replaced with 'Re-open Sales' if sales are already closed for the event).
- Edit: directs you to the section where you can edit the event.
- Cancel: cancels the event altogether - this action can not be reversed (see more here).
- Duplicate: duplicate the event's setup.
- Postpone: postpones the event.
Event dashboards also include a breakdown of your tickets sold and sales of each ticket type that you have created for the event and there's a section to track cancelled tickets.
You can check the following for each ticket type created for the event (the last row represents the total from all ticket types).
- Available: the number of tickets that are currently available to sell.
- Reserved: the number of tickets that have been added to a booking but the customer has not completed the checkout process yet.
- Cancelled: the number of tickets cancelled.
- Sold: the number of tickets sold.
- Discount amount: the amount that has been discounted via an applied discount code.
- Sales: the total ticket sales amount.
