How do I create an Organiser Account?

You must create an organiser account if you want to create events and sell tickets. However, you must first create a regular customer account by signing up for Shoobs - please follow the steps below to get started:

  1. Go to the Shoobs website and click 'SIGN UP'.

  2. Complete the 'Create Profile' process.

  3. An email with an account activation link will be sent to you - click 'Activate my account'.

  4. After activating your account, click 'Create Event'.

  5. Click 'GET SELLING NOW'.

  6. Complete the 'Create Organiser Profile' process.

  7. Another email with an account activation link will be sent to you - click 'Activate my account'.
    ℹ️ This step is repeated in case you are using a different email for your organiser account from your regular customer account.

 

You now have an organiser account! You will now be able to see the 'Dashboard' button on your menu bar. Please check out this article if you want more information on how to create your first event.
