OVERVIEW
The 'Overview' section will show a snapshot of your total tickets sold and sales for all your upcoming events.
If you scroll further down in this section, you can see your tickets sold and sales on a graph - you can select different date ranges (e.g. 'PAST 7 DAYS').
Also, the graph is fully interactable - hover over the points to see how many tickets sold and sales were made for each day within your selected date range.
Please note that as this is the 'Overview' section of your dashboard, the tickets sold and sales shown will be a combined total across all of your upcoming events. You can go to the graph for a specific event within its dashboard (check out this article on how to do this).
MY EVENTS
The 'My Events' section is similar to the overview section but the total tickets sold and sales represent all upcoming events as well as events that have already passed.
You can also view options for your upcoming events as shown in the 'Overview' section of your dashboard but you can also view options for other events statuses (e.g. 'PAST') - click on each status of events on the menu bar to see corresponding events - the categories and their description are below:
- 'UPCOMING': events that are published and the event's start date is the current or future date.
- 'IN REVIEW': events that we are currently reviewing (not published yet).
- 'DRAFTS': events that you have created but have not yet been published.
- 'PASTS': events that were published the event's end date has passed.
- 'POSTPONED' events that you have postponed that still need its start date changed
To view event options, click 'More' on the same row as the event.
The full list of options is shown if the event status is upcoming. However, there are fewer options if the event status is different (for example, you won't see 'Close Sales' or 'Cancel Event' for events that have already passed). The full list of options and their description are below:
- Event Dashboard: directs you to the event's specific dashboard.
- View Public Page: directs you to the main event page (how the customer sees it)
- Close Sales: any remaining ticket type on sale will have its Off-sale date automatically set to the current time and date so customers will no longer be able to buy tickets (this will be replaced with 'Re-open Sales' if sales are already closed for the event).
- Edit Event: directs you to the section where you can edit the event.
- Cancel Event: cancels the event altogether - this action can not be reversed (see more here).
- Duplicate Event: duplicate the event's setup.
- Postpone Event: postpones the event.
PROMOTIONS
The 'Promotions' section of your dashboard is where you can create promo codes and affiliate links for your events.
Discount codes and affiliate links are standalone features so there are dedicated articles for them (check out this section in the Help Centre for more information).
