Please follow the steps below:
- Click '+ Add another ticket type'.
- Select the ticket type in the 'Ticket Type' field.
- Put the name of the ticket in the 'Ticket Title' field.
- Put the price of the face value ticket in the 'Ticket Type Price' field.
🚨 This is how much the customer will be charged per ticket. Double, triple, quadruple-check that this is correct! - Put information about the ticket type in the 'Ticket Description' field (optional).
- Using the same functionality to set the start/end time of the event, select the same for when ticket sales start and close in the 'Ticket Sales Starts' and 'Ticket Sales Ends' fields, respectively.
- Put the quantity for how many tickets are available for customers to buy in the 'Available Ticket Type Quantity' field and add a maximum amount each customer can buy at a time in the 'Max. tickets per user' field.
ℹ️ Please note that the ticket quantity you put is only applicable to the specific ticket type and not for the entire event.
🚨To prevent customers from being refused entry due to overcapacity, your event's venue's capacity must be taken into consideration when deciding quantity. Event capacity should also be based on the rooms/sections you have booked if you're not using the whole venue space. - Put extra information about the ticket type event in the 'Extra information to be printed on the e-ticket' field.
