- You must select a date and time for closing sales of all ticket types BEFORE the last entry time for the event.
- You must specify what's included with each ticket if there are multiple ticket types.
- You must fulfil what's advertised in the ticket's inclusions (e.g. queue jump, etc.).
- You must include in the ticket type's description how many people the ticket is valid for group tickets and that groups must arrive together.
- You must include in the ticket type's description what's included in any VIP ticket (e.g. queue jump).
- You must include in the ticket type's description if the ticket does not include entry to the event (e.g. car parking ticket).
- You must include in the ticket type's description if there are age restrictions (e.g. free tickets for children under the age of 3).
- You must include in the ticket type's description if there are arrival requirements (e.g. valid for entry before 10pm).
- You must not create/sell any ticket types that relate to any ticket raffle, gambling or lottery activity/event.
- You must not create/sell any ticket types for a different or unassociated event.
- You must not create/sell any ticket types that are season tickets/tickets that give entry to multiple events.
