For Events that are taking place at the O2 Arena, Indigo at the O2, or OVO Wembley Arena:
If your event is taking place at the O2 Arena, Indigo at the O2, or OVO Wembley Arena, you must present your ticket directly in the Venue's App - you will not be able to print out your tickets as the barcode of the ticket in the App changes every 60 seconds.

For Events that are taking place anywhere else:
If your event is taking place at a different venue, you will be emailed an e-ticket unless stated otherwise in your booking confirmation email.
You do not need to print out your e-ticket as it can be scanned when shown on your device - most venues expect this to be the standard. However, it's still possible to print off a ticket if you prefer to do so - just make sure to keep it safe!
