You must download the O2 Venue App to access your tickets for this event - do not use the Shoobs website/App for accessing/showing your tickets or use your Shoobs order confirmation email as they won't be valid for entry.
Tickets for any event being held at The O2 or Indigo at the O2 are delivered by Mobile-ID via The O2 Venue App so you will need to show your tickets from here to gain entry to the event - please follow the steps below if you still need to download the App:

Download the App app via IOS or Android.

Click 'ANOTHER WEBSITE' after downloading the app.

Click 'Don't have an account? Sign Up'.
Just so you know, if you previously have an account via the O2 Venue App linked to the same email address you used to book tickets, you should be able to log in with that.
If you used a different email address to make your Shoobs booking, you must create a new account with this email.

Create an account using the same email address you used to book tickets and enter the necessary details then click 'SIGN UP'.

Double-check your email address for any verification emails, then log back into the App via the 'Another Website' option.

Make sure all of your tickets are showing in the App after you have logged in.
