Please email info@shoobs.com with the following:
- Bank Account number
- Sort Code number
- Name on the Account (as it would appear on your card e.g J Bloggs/ Joe Bloggs)
- Whether the bank account is Personal or Business
If your event is close to starting or has just finished, we need to receive your updated bank details before the payment confirmation email is sent (please check out this article for more information).
Please note that you will need to email us via the same email address in the 'PRIVATE INFORMATION' section, as we can only action account changes when emailed from that email address.
