You will receive your payment by the end of the next 3rd working day from the date your event started if your organiser account is verified (just a heads up, we don't count weekends or bank holidays as working days).
However, you will receive a payment confirmation email at the end of the next working day (also from the event start date). The payment confirmation is for your reference - it includes your total ticket sales and the total amount that is due to be paid by the end of the 3rd working day.
Please note that payments are processed automatically to the bank account details we have on file for your organiser account. We must be notified about any changes to your bank details in advance (before the payment confirmation is due to be sent).
