Please note that this process should only be followed if you are refunding individual tickets but the event is going ahead - do not refund each customer's tickets individually if the event has been cancelled - cancel the event instead (please check out this article to see how).
Please follow the steps below to refund an individual's customer's ticket:
- Login to your organiser account
- Click 'DASHBOARD'
- Go to 'MY EVENTS'
- Find your EVENT under "UPCOMING EVENTS" section then click on it.
- Click on 'GUESTS'
- Search for the customer via name/email then click 'REFUND'
We will refund the customer's ticket as soon as possible.
