Verifying your organiser account is easy (and it's a must for getting paid for your ticket sales!). Our verification process is a one-time occurrence for new organisers so it's not required every time you create an event on Shoobs.
Please follow the steps to get your account verified.
- Complete our Event Organiser Verification Form (here).
- Send an email to the venue where your first event is being held to confirm that you have a confirmed booking with them and that your event is going ahead (please do this after the form above has been completed).
ℹ️ Please sure that info@shoobs.com is cc'd on the email so we can see their response. Please make sure the venue's email address you are contacting is a business email address otherwise we may ask for other documents to show venue ownership (e.g. utility bill).
Your organiser account will be verified once you have completed both of the steps above and we have no follow-up questions.
