-
Put the information about your event in the 'Description' field.
-
Select the date and time for when your event starts and ends in the 'Event Starts' and 'Event Ends' fields, respectively.

-
Select the kind of event experience that will be offered in the 'Event Category' field.
β
βΉοΈ Please make sure the option you select accurately reflects the kind of experience customers would expect based on the category options - this is also important from a customer discoverability and marketing angle.
-
Created events will be made public by default (i.e. will appear on the website/searches). If your event is private (i.e. customers can only buy tickets via a sent link), you can hide it by toggling the privacy settings. Select 'private' for the 'Privacy' field and check the box for the 'Hide from subdomain field.
-
Select the minimum age/dress code requirement by using the drop-down menu in the 'Age' and 'Dress Code'/'Shoe Type' fields, respectively.
π¨To prevent customers from being refused entry, your event's venue's age and dress policy must take priority over any personal preference unless you have already made an agreement directly with the venue.
Additionally, specify if Hats and Denim are accepted. -
Select the date and time for the last entry in the 'Last Entry' field.

Put the quantity for how many tickets are available for customers to buy in the 'Available Ticket Type Quantity' field and add a maximum amount each customer can buy at a time in the 'Max. tickets per user' field.
β
βΉοΈ Please note that the ticket quantity you put is only applicable to the specific ticket type and not for the entire event.
π¨To prevent customers from being refused entry due to overcapacity, your event's venue's capacity must be taken into consideration when deciding quantity. Event capacity should also be based on the rooms/sections you have booked if you're not using the whole venue space.
β -
Put extra information about the ticket type event in the 'Extra information to be printed on the e-ticket' field.
